Pink Passenger minibus hire have been established since January 2011, although we have worked within the transport and customer service sector for many years. Our aim is simple: “to offer the best possible service for our customers”. Our initial contact with our customers is important in building a great working relationship, and our customer service advisors aim to provide a first class service from start to finish.  We pride ourselves in trying to meet each individuals needs and requirements to the best of our ability.

All Pink Passenger minibuses are cleaned to a high standard between jobs (time permitting) and our drivers and staff are uniformed and friendly.  The buses are safety checked every 8 weeks and all documentation, from insurance policys right down to fire extinguisher certificates, are carried on the buses and available for inspection.  All Pink Passenger staff are CRB checked and trained in the transportation of wheelchair users.  We do not tolerate discrimination and cater for all customers, regardless of their disability.  We have worked closely for many years with local care and residential homes, and local children’s disability schemes to provide safe and comfortable transport for people that may otherwise be unable to travel.  Our tail lifts and wheelchair restraints are checked every 6 months, keeping in line with government standards.

Our minibuses are hired for many occasions ranging from hen/stag dos, wedding receptions and nights out, to airport transfers and contract work.  You can be assured we will arrive on time, if not early, with a clean & warm bus.  We provide decorations for that special occasion ,if required, free of charge, and bins are provided on each bus for customer use.  We always ensure everyone has a comfortable journey and arrives safe and sound at the requested destination.
