We allow food and drink on the bus on the outward journey only. We provide bins and ask that passengers use them or take rubbish when they leave. All our buses are cleaned to a very high standard before and after each use and we ask our customers to respect this and take all items away when they arrive at their destination.

We have an alcohol licence and can supply a good quality chilled prosecco for £10 a bottle!

This depends on the amount of passengers and luggage traveling. If there are up to 10 people we can remove seats from one side of the vehicle to safely store luggage. Should there be more than 10 passengers, each with a full size case, we can utilise another vehicle to accommodate the luggage separately. We must always keep emergency exits free from obstruction.

When you first book, we always ask you for your return flight number. This means we can track your flight and be aware of any delays. The driver will then leave once he knows your flight is ready to land. You will be given the drivers contact number. Once you land and have your luggage, give the driver a a call, who will be waiting close by and will drive around to your pre arranged meeting point. If the plane is delayed we will send the bus at the new arrival time as long as we have a vehicle and driver free.

If we are fully booked we will send the next available bus and keep you updated at all times (it is very rare that we have had customers having to wait for the next available bus).

If your night out is cut short, or you want to stay a bit longer, just give us a call and we can see if it is possible. There may be other bookings for the same evening or a driver, by law, may need to finish by a certain time. Whatever the situation we always try and work to find the best solution for your party.

We run a 24/7 company, and there are no restrictions on the time coming home. Please enquire at time of booking.

At the moment, all our minibuses and party buses seat a maximum of 16 passengers.

Requesting a deposit is beneficial to both sides. You can be sure your booking is secured and will receive a drivers job sheet to check the details we have are correct. This job sheet is also confirmation of your booking. Unfortunately, due to the fact other bookings will have been turned away to accommodate yours, deposits are non refundable.

We specialise in wheelchair transport and have years of experience. We use the latest 3 point Unwin restraints and all our staff have undergone training to MIDAS standards. Our tail lifts are safety checked before every job and receive a thorough examination every 6 months in line with LOLA regulations. Furthermore all these certificates are kept on the vehicles and are available for inspection at any time. Your safety is of paramount importance to us.

No, not normally. We operate in the same way as a taxi, so our prices are governed mainly by the distance involved in your journey, and the price remains the same, irrespective of how many people are travelling. Other factors such as waiting times, if applicable, can also affect prices.
When we provide you with a quotation, we often tell you how much this equates to per person, so that you get a better feel for the price. £300 sounds like a lot of money, but if there are 15 of you, then this works out to £20 per person – which sounds a lot more manageable!

All of our minibuses are inspected every 8 weeks. This 8 weekly inspection is like a mini-MOT test. This includes seatbelts, mirrors, brakes, handrails, tyres, the chassis, shock absorbers, transmission shafts, and all the lights, both internally and externally, as well as many other things besides. If a fault is found then it must be put right there and then, in order for the minibus to pass the inspection. The safety of our passengers and staff is of the upmost importance to us, and you can be assured that all of our vehicles are inspected every 8 weeks, and all are in a roadworthy condition. All paperwork, including inspections sheets, insurances, breakdown cover, etc is kept with the vehicle and can be seen at any time.

The short answer is no. Our drivers have passed a specific test for driving coaches and minibuses called a PCV and they carry this licence with them at all times. They also have to go through medical checks and must obtain a CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence), in order to drive a bus professionally. Our drivers also have DBS checks as we work closely with local authorities.

The earlier you book, the better the chance of having the time slot you require, especially on busy events like Ladies day etc. Of course, we understand that some outings are last minute, and we always do our best to accommodate and help as much as we can.

We do not provide child seats, but our seatbelts are fully adjustable and can be worn safely without a booster seat by any young child. Of course child seats that are needed for the very young can easily be fitted into the bus, and we are happy to store them and keep them safe for the duration of your stay if they’re not needed by you.

Whilst we want to get you to your destination as quickly and as comfortably as possible, we understand that on long journeys, it is essential for both you and the driver to have a break and stretch your legs. We pride ourselves on our service and flexibility. We want to ensure that your journey is as comfortable and trouble-free as possible, so we will always go the extra mile to provide you with an excellent all-round service.

We absolutely don’t mind the amount of pick ups and drop offs we do, but these must be booked beforehand. This gives the driver time to work out his route efficiently and to avoid any delays. It also means we can work out a proper time line, so your job doesn’t overlap with the next job. We pride ourselves in being on time (or early if possible) for all jobs. Any delays are always translated to the customer so they know exactly what is going on and where their driver is. This is why it is essential that we know all pick up points beforehand so we don’t let anyone down.

When you book, we ask what time you would like to be picked up. We work other bookings around this time so the drivers aren’t rushed and the passengers can enjoy their journey to its full extent. If you need to change your time last minute, due to an unforeseen circumstance, we will try our best to help, but please note that we cannot guarantee this and if the bus has been booked after your job it may not be possible.

For the most part, the supply of transport services is what they call zero-rated as regards VAT. This means that you will not need to pay any VAT when you hire one of our chauffeur-driven minibuses.

No, at present we do not offer self-drive hire. We are a private hire minibus company, and our minibuses are all chauffeur-driven.
